cross posted in problems- hiya, i have a succulent garden with a few varieties in one pot. i’m worried there might be a rot issue but i’m unsure. If i have to i can remove and separate the plants permanently but i enjoy how they look all together. I’ve attached pictures of the main issue plant as well as the pot as a whole for context. I’m so scared of losing the whole thing. i’m trying to propagate some bear paws out of here but we’ll see plants in pot- panda plant, bear paw, elephant bush var, elephant bush non var, california sunset, ripple jade and one mystery one i can’t place the name of

I’m not an expert but it doesn’t look like root rot… leaves dropped from the lower part of the stem? I will soon be repotting a similar bunch of succulents because their stems got all weird and long from dropping leaves. I cut them and let the stem dry to form a callous… then you can reroot them.

I’ll post a pic of what I’m doing… maybe it will help? The project I’m working on was caused by actually under watering the succulents. It’s my grandmas.

I snipped three that had gotten all weird and long and lost so many leaves. I’ll let them dry out for a couple days and then work on re rooting them in separate tiny pots. I left some long stems because sometimes they’ll sprout new growth. This isn’t a fast process but I’ve had success in the past. 🤞🤞

I need to do the same. So I would to snip them and let them sit to dry for a couple days to dry? Then repot them?
