    No its def not blue chalk sticks or Swizzle sticks, i own lots of both those plants and this is not that. I vote that it’s senecio stapeliiformis (pickle plant).

    I think yours is a bit under watered so its little side frills are kinda dried up, they may come back with some love and attention to correct watering.
