I’m horrible with succulents. I always overwater and I think this one may be done for. Some of it still looks okay but some is brown and hard/dried up. Can I just re-pot? Try to propagate? (Not sure how to to that lol) Any tips are appreciated!

I would peel the paper thin and crisp leaves off, and pick a separate stem and remove the soil around it. I just lightly pull on it until it comes out of the soil.

Agree w comment above. I would repot into super gritty mix like Bonsai Jack’s esp if you tend to overwater

It looks underwatered to me. I would pull of the brown like previous commenter said, repot if you like and water thoroughly.
2 Mi piaceI’d just prune the old off. That’s normal plant life cycle. It needs a well draining soil but it doesn’t look too sick from your picture to me. I make my succulent cactus mix from scratch. I do three parts potting soil, two parts sand, two parts pea gravel (cause the sand I have isn’t very coarse) and 1 part perlite. I just use trowel scoops. Drains well and I haven’t had any issues. Makes a big batch so you can adjust your “parts “ as needed. This is a good draining ratio though.
1 mi piaceI would water this maybe every 3 weeks. Give it a thorough soak and then let it completely dry out.
