   Huh, I haven’t seen that kind of damage before. Did something happen to it recently? A fall, cold temps, something like that?

   I think sometimes the leaves crack and split when it’s been overwatered. That happened to my succulent! You could try putting it in direct sunlight and letting the soil dry out all the way before watering again?

     Thank you one day I left my window open when it was like -4. Also my cleaning lady keeps watering them when they don’t need it!
