hey guys! brought home a “monkey tail” cactus yesterday, but i’m a little unsure if it really is because: 1. it doesn’t seem to be hanging down like monkey tails usually do 2. the spines are sharp and rigid, not soft and fuzzy like monkey tails seem to be. is this really a monkey tail or is it something similar?
Scanning it on Planta it’s saying it’s a Night-blooming cereus. To me it looks like a tree cactus or maybe a Pilosocereus chrysostele
2件のいいね haha, yeah i think Planta is off on this one… you might be right with the tree cactus though, just a bummer it’s not what i thought i was getting

Plant parent says it's a peanut cactus but I'm not totally sure
