Hey there! I have a sedum in kokedama and since I got it in December, the moss has been totally brown (dead) despite it apparently having been green and alive when first purchased. Is this setup bad for the plant, then? Do I need to repot it? Thanks!

    It turns brown if it’s often wet, in a hot spot or high humidity. Hard tap water can also do that! If the plant itself is fine there’s no immediate need to change the setup unless you want to try and revive the moss

      Okay, thank you! I was worried that I was endangering the sedum. Definitely not wet/high humidity… might be a bit warm but it had turned brown before I received it as a gift so I’m not really sure!
