What is this on the leaves of the echeverias I just got? Disease or normal?

Are you talking about the red? Looks like the normal coloration

  There are little white bits/lumps on the first photo, mainly near the bottom of the image, and in the second small dark rings on the leaves. All of the leaves with this have fallen off now so I’m not sure what that means since they shouldn’t of lost so many naturally
