My silver torch cactus is beginning to look a bit wobbly and I’m not sure if I should re pot it (considering even a smaller pot) so it has more stability. Does this pot width / height look correct for a plant this size? Also, it’s starting to grow skinnier on top so I’ve been considering an indoor grow light, any thoughts?

Pot looks fine to me. Grow lights do help supplement.

It's called etolated growth when a cactus puts on skinny new growth. It means they aren't receiving enough light. A grow lamp would be best if you want to keep growing indoors. I've heard soltech lights are top notch. But you can also find suitable lights on Amazon. Once you provide the necessary light, it'll start putting out thick new growth again. The pot is fine. Cacti perfer to be snug in their pots. Just be careful watering since it looks like it's ceramic and moisture retentive.
