Yes very normal, leave it on there and you may be able to see a new succulent grow on the fallen leaf!

Just make sure you leave it for a while, my succulent looks similar to yours and dropped lots of leaves, now I have lots of mini succulents 🥰 😁 but it took about a month 😬

One more question so do I need to move it into a bigger pot so the succulent can sprout and I put it into different pot ?

No, as long as your current pot has draiange hole. If your new succulent sprouts, leave it there until it develops roots, then you can either move it to a different pot, or have two there.

I am working through the last few days posts since I have been offline. That’s why you are seeing so many of my comments.😊 Love your succulent! Yes, they drop leaves sometimes just from being bumped and other things that don’t mean anything is wrong. I would leave any leaves that fall and don’t look dried up or rotten incase they propagate. I love how they do that!❤️ Side note, if your pot doesn’t have drainage or a well draining mix, you might want to switch that. I noticed you have several dry bottom leaves. Those can be nothing but old leaves, but they can also signal under watering. Just wanted to let you know so you could keep an eye on it. Otherwise it looks very happy. You are doing a great job!❤️
