Aloe leaves keep falling out. Not sure why but recently one leaf at a time will kind of just rot away at the base and then I can just pull it right out of the pot and it’s all black and rotten looking. You can see this one here is about to go and I just pulled one out today.
Overwatering
1 mi piaceYou could try removing it from the soil and discarding all of the rotten leaves. Let it dry out for a couple of days and then replant in some succulent soil. Aloes do not like a lot of water. You need to let it dry out completely between waterings.

Also consider repotting in a clay pot. I repotted my aloe from a glazed pot to a clay pot and it’s been doing much better since.
