I would đŸ‘đŸ» I use cactus/succulent soil 50-60% and then 40-50% extra drainage material (perlite, small lava rock, etc.). I avoid adding things like orchid bark as it retains more moisture than I like for my succulents.

Haworthias enjoy getting a little rootbound between new pots, so try not to move it up into anything more than 1-2 inches wider in diameter than the width of the plant’s root ball. I swear by Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix. PLEASE do not use Miracle Grow’s cactus mix for this plant. It isn’t well-draining, and especially not for a haworthia that needs to dry completely out between waterings. Hope this helps.

You could probably just add some fresh soil to the bottom of the pot and plop it back in the current pot it’s been in. It’ll cover the roots and give your haworthia more nutrients to work with without risk of putting in into a pot that’s too big for it to

Good to know 😼‍💹 I’m used to having to tell anyone new here or new to houseplant care to steer clear of Miracle Grow, so I try to add that just in case someone doesn’t know.

You know that's interesting about miracle grow. I've never heard that before but honestly I'm not surprised. I guess I'll be reporting when I get the chance
