Wanted to know if this is a disease or what. I bought it 3 weeks ago and it started doing this recently. I'm also not 100% sure what kind of succulent it is.

    I’m pretty sure that’s a Peperomia axillaris. They grow those ‘blooms’, which are essentially the flowers of this plant.

    flowers! whatever you're doing, you're doing it right. also agree on peperomia axillaris, those are 100% peperomia blooms
