Hi! Should I split out the pups? I'm not sure if they are fine to stay together or if they're too crowded.

    you could split them but they look pretty happy as is. the only advice i have to offer is on soil choice, yours looks like it’s entirely organic matter. haworthia prefer a really airy well-draining mix that has a lot of grit (inorganic matter) like pumice and perlite. the amount will vary based on your environment and watering habits but mine are in a media that’s about 70-80% grit
