Here’s a little plant biology: Plant cells have specific structures known as central vacuoles, which keep the cell in a hypotonic state(meaning that the cell is always completely full of water). When a plant doesn’t receive water for awhile, the vacuoles slowly empty out, which causes the cells to become limp and the plant to wilt. Keeping a healthy and flourishing plant through a proper watering cycle means that the plant cells are always packed full of water, and rarely ever go limp! This is really just me studying for my science test 😂
