HELP!!!!! I bought a Chinese evergreen and initially placed her inside my apartment where she would get indirect bright light and she started drooping and dying. I’ve placed her in my room but I felt like she was in the dark like in my bathroom. It’s been pretty humid outside and I read they like humidity but idk if I’m doing the right thing. She does have some shade out here but idk if it’s right. 🥺
If you were looking for your sign to use keiki paste (I think I spelled that correctly?) HERE IT IS . Every node pictured was lightly scored and had keiki paste applied
Please be kind, I’m just a beginner. Someone gave me this aloe vera plant six years ago and he’s just getting way too big for what they put him in, how do I transfer him without killing him?!
Anyone have any tips on repotting. I’ve never done it, I’m scared that I’ll kill my plant. They are so healthy and growing so strong that I don’t want to mess with him! But he’s getting way too big, he’s starting to become top-heavy and lean over!

Hi there! How do you account for self watering pots on here? I don’t see that option, perhaps I’ve missed it somewhere. I have my violet, peace lily and calathea in self watering pots, tends to keep them happier more consistently. Appreciate the help!
I have a question, is it good to have a humidifier for all plants or just certain plants?
When Planta suggests to clean leaves would this be a good time to spray with Neem Oil? I have a Peace Lily and an Orchid which require wiping leaves with damp cloth.

I was trying to add my orchid on to planta, so when I checked for drainage holes, I noticed that there was a incredibly foul scent coming from the orchid. So I dumped the water, but my orchid still smells like wet earth meets sewer. Does anyone know what it is?
