    First one is Hoya carnosa, and second one is Hoya burtoniae. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    No I agree with that. Low light, medium water every week and a half or when the top inch of soil is dry and you will be rewarded with beautiful gloves of flowers. Good luck, I have three of these and they are all very happy in shady areas. This one was propogate 2 months ago and just pushed that whiter leaf. Very fun plants, and it looks like you got lucky with those two, too!
