GrayGrow lights and humidity can be used to trick your plant (to an extent) that it’s not winter time. Some plant parents keep their plants on a year round 10-12hr grow light schedule, and some dial it back to around 8-10hrs during winter. It all depends on your in-home plant environment and what results you’re looking for :)

It would be good if you also scheduled time that your plants are sitting in the dark. About 8 hours or so. Darkness is when your plant puts to use all the energy it gathers while there’s light

Wolfen 🐺12-16 here. If you're upping the amount you keep yours on, do it gradually to harden them off to more light, so they don't scorch
