Help. I think this plant was in too strong of sun. I've moved it Also I was watering with tap water , I've stopped doing that. My question is should I trim off the brown edges or leave it alone?

    Yellowing on the edges like that is usually caused by overwatering, not sun scorching or the kind of water. (Though kind of water can affect a plant. And the sun can scorch the already water damaged leaf portions.) It's personal preference if you want to trim them, but you'll need to watch your watering so it doesn't keep happening. Or you'll end up with Itty bitty trimmed leaves

    OK yes you’re right you can trim off the brown edges but here’s how to do it use clean sharp scissors cut the brown part off follow the shape of the wheel so it still looks nice don’t cut into the green part two this helps the point keep energy from the healthy part what causes brown leaf Too much direct harsh sun especially for indoor or shaded loving plants tapwater with chlorine or fluoride little two or much water dry air especially in heated air condition room tips to help the plant recovery move the point to a spot with bright and direct light not direct sandblasting at all day it was filtered distilled rainwater if possible or we tap water overnight in an open container to what chemicals evaporate miss the waves of the air is very dry and less of like succulents or don’t like missing don’t overwaterfill the soil one to 2 inches deep and we have the water is dry hope that helps you
