Help! I’ve been keeping this plant in water for over a year when I transferred it from soil because it was dying and it was thriving. This is what it looks like lately. Idk what to do! Move it back to soil? Trim the roots? Help!

HayleyIt looks like you haven't fertilized it since 2023. If this is correct, then the plant is struggling for nutrients. Water doesn't contain everything a plant needs to thrive, the same way soil doesn't. Adding a fertilizer should have it perking up quickly. For plants in water, I do this by mixing the fertilizer with water in a large container (the same I use for watering plants in soil) and then topping off their vessel with the fertilizer water

Ohhh you know thank you! I I add fertilizer to my other hydroponics. Idk why I didn’t even think of that! Doi!

Crazy plant ladyIf you happen to have an active aquarium you can add some of the water change or just straight fish water from the tank to help with fertilizer
