   It’s kinda hard to see what’s going on with the green light. I can see the tip is brown though. I can’t really tell the condition of the soil. Maybe post another pic without the green tint/light?

   I know these guys like some humidity, bright indirect light and the soil wet but not soggy. Mine was dying and I have seemed to make it better. I also had browning. I cut that leaf off. Also could check roots for root and soil for pests. Pot size to me seems fine but you could look to make sure roots have enough room. I struggle with this plant myself so hopefully some of this helps.
