i have seen two ways to grow avocado on youtube. should i take the avocado ball and put toothpicks in it over a cup of water or should i peel the skin off and put it in the paper towel in the fridge?

I soaked my over night, peeled the skin then put tooth picks in over water. It’s been a week and it has a crack in it already. You just have to change the water regularly

0 Me gustaThat’s I don’t know I haven’t gotten that far yet lmao. From what I’ve seen it thrives in water at first but it is a tree and will probably do best in soil. My understanding is it takes a couple of years until you get an avacado
