    Holiday cactus! I love my Christmas cactus, I hate my Easter cacti, I don’t have a thanksgiving. But they’re perfect for fall/winter because that’s when they tend to bloom!

    Quite a few opuntia are cold hardy. Sempervivums. For inside, aeonium come out of dormancy in winter.

    Arguably, if you have the correct conditions then you could almost get any plant you want whatever time in the year. I got my phalaenopsis orchid in the winter one year and now she has new shoots.
