Does anyone know why my rubber plant has these new yellow-ish leaves? Does this mean it’s not doing well?

    Is it a new leaf? I don't have this plant, but most of the time when new leaves come in they're lighter in color at first. With time they usually become the color as the older leaves. It looks healthy to me!

    It’s a newer leaf. As it hardens off, it will be like the others. It looks very healthy.
