I bought these grow lights a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them. They are so nice. It does red white and blue light and comes with instructions of what each light does and how to use really simple use high-quality led lights cheap on Amazon and my plants love them!

    Absolutely These are my fav lights ever I love to watch my show while walking on my walking pad with these lights on they are really relaxing for me for some reason!
