Help! He was going good until a week or so ago. Now he is very droopy. What am I doing wrong? He’s under a grow light w other plants.

      That’s what I thought too, it most likely has root rot

      Pull it out and check roots. If all dead, no. If just some, pull off dead and spray rest with hydrogen peroxide. Re-pot in a much smaller pot. Maybe a 4”? With chunky soil.

    Mine drops no matter what I do. It is not my favorite plant, so when it gives up the ghost, I am not going to buy another. But do check its roots. The advice you've already gotten is good advice.

    I agree that the pot is probably too big which could lead to overwatering and root rot. Take the plant out of the soil to check out the roots. Trim off any dead or mushy roots with clean scissors, then spray thoroughly with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Then, make sure to put it in a planter that’s no more than 1-2 inches bigger than the root ball (I err on the side of 1). Wait until the soil is completely dry before watering again. You can check the soil with a toothpick or something to see if it’s dry before watering. If all the roots are dead, you can always trim it back to the stem, let it callous over for an hour, and then propogate it in water!

    Most the roots were bad. Is this a plant I can water propagate?
