Is it necessary to remove the dead flowers & brown leaves on a peace lily?

    Up to you! I usually remove brown leaves since they can attract pests. But I leave flowers on until they fall off on their own because the plant re-absorbs nutrients from them

      What about brown tips on the leaves ? Is it safe to cut them or leave them be?

      It came from lime sensitivity so I now boil water and allow it to cool. Also repotted to help.

      I would trim that leaf off yeah, as close to the base of the stem as possible. Good idea about boiling water!
