I just noticed my ZZ has some ridges or small cuts on the stem - has anyone experienced this or know what’s happening? I did recently add a support to this because it is getting big. Otherwise it’s a standard ZZ that just does its thing!
I can’t say I know for sure if a ZZ is supposed to be doing this, but I’ve had other plants sort of “scar up” like this before and they turned out okay. Might bring some peace of mind to take a look at the base, see if there’s a rock or something accidentally digging into the plant?
좋아요 1개There’s 2 possible scenarios your soil could be to dry which is causing the rough parts to rub against your plants or you might need to fertilize your plants tomatoes and beets are recommended
