Hi! I have a pilea that has grown a TON over the past eight months; However, we’ve been struggling to get through this winter with the lack of light. I love the look of the pilea plant below. Can I just pull off the bottom leaves to make the stem on my pilea plant look longer?
Yea. If you just want a bare base stem, you can just remove them. It's something that just naturally happens as they age and get larger

I agree with Wolfen, but would add that allowing her to find her shape naturally is so so much more rewarding and far healthier for the plant. Can we see your plant? How long have you had it? I've had mine for 4ish years I think and LOVE her movement.
Oh I see that you have your plant tagged in. Your's is just a baby. Give her time to mature before you start to prune and shape.
