My Calathea Velvet Jungle needs help 😢 I may have written about this one before! My current question is what do I do with brown/crispy/curling leaves? Do I trim off the crispy section? Trim it farther down? I don’t have the best light for this guy but I’m trying! I have an east window that it sits across the room, maybe 10 feet. It was there for a couple weeks not doing great. I moved it to a north window, right in the window, and I’ve added a humidifier next to it just this past weekend. I just don’t know if I should give up or trim it all back to start fresh or what! I’d love any advice you can give! Thank you plant friends!!

    Trim off the brownest parts and use fertilizer water every four days or till dry

      Thanks! After other research, I have trimmed off the brown and curling parts. I have put it with more plants. I have added a humidifier. And I’m using distilled water. I’m hoping for a better outcome! Otherwise this plant just might not be for me!

      That’s great! Plants take time to heal and so many people throw them away
