🚨🆘 PLANT HELP 🚨🆘 So my husband recently recommended i put my plant outside for some “extra sunlight” and after a couple of days i forgot to bring it inside. Winter is approaching so it dried out all the leaves 😔, do you think i can restore this plant? Or is it completely over? 🥀🏴☠️
If there’s green, there’s a plant to be saved IMO. I would trim off any leaves that are completely dead— interested to see what others think 😊

for future it’s never a good idea to move plants like this. if they’re going to be outdoor plants when the season permits it needs to be done gently and then they need to be left there until the season changes. moving from indoor to outdoor and back is stressful for a plant — they like to put down roots (both literally and metaphorically lol) and need consistent conditions to thrive
3 likes i know but we decided to just give it some sunlight for a few hours but then i completely forgot to bring it inside anyways, i’ll never take plant advice from my husband again 😂😂🤦♀️

yeah even a few hours can cause it to burn if it’s conditioned to receive light that’s filtered through a window. it’s always the best intentions! a mishap like this is 100% part of the plant-keeping journey 😎

1 likeI’m having the same problem with the same plant! I read somewhere he likes humidity but don’t quote me on that. I’m new to plants.
1 like it did came with plant instructs it shouldn’t be below 60 degrees and outside was like 40 degrees + it shouldn’t get direct heat from the sun, light should be beaming from a window! ** Lessons learnt **
