Hi! How do I know when to transfer a tomato plant??? It’ll be its second transfer since seed and i wanna make sure it starts to fruit 😅the roots are peaking out at the bottom so should I do it soon??

    Looks big enough! If it’s going outside just be aware of your last frost date.

      Oo yay! Should I water it everyday? It’s been cold so I’ve been trying to ween off of watering too often 😂

      Once you get it outside, yes, water it everyday. Unless it’s rained of course or soil is still really wet.

    I grow my seed starts in paper pots ( like egg carton kinda ) then you can just put it directly in the dirt.

      Oooo how big do you let it grow before transferring it?

      It’s plenty big to transfer to the ground but wait till you know for sure it won’t freeze outside.

    I normally go with when they have good roots and when the weather is good. I do let them get about two inches tall first. Good luck 🍀
