I’ve heard that sprinkling cinnamon on your plants soil can help deter fungus gnats. is this true? and if it is, how effective is it?

    Tried this for months and it was useless tbh. I use peroxide in my regular water routine and I use the zeevo traps which help a TON. I’ve heard mosquito bits or systemic granules along with stick traps are the play bht they are pesticides so it’s good to be mindful of that

    Cinnamon works well for mold, I haven’t had success using it for gnats.
