I’m a neophyte horticulturalist 🌱 and just getting started on my plant journey.     my Rattlesnake Calathea. Its in the bathroom for higher humidity. RO water only no tap. Doesn’t grow much though.

    Honestly if you are just starting out then consider holding off on some of the pickier divas till you get your… soil legs? 😅 Calatheas are notoriously dramatic, needy and picky! That said, do you! Just know it might be an uphill battle but I wish you luck!

    If one dies (and these are a group of divas) they are also famous for coming back to life (zombie divas!) so don’t give up hope!
