   With this specific set up I might not unless it looks like they’re not gonna all just fall over into a mess. Totally up to you though. You can maybe replace the tight restraints with some less-tight ones

   I would bottom water. At some point repot and check out their roots. Bamboo have very thin and short roots so I very much doubt it’s root-bound. But doing research on the preferred soil for this plant will also help with watering!

     Usually just the top layer of rock is sealed together to prevent any falling out or the bamboo from falling over. You could take a fork or something similar to break it up, or break the pot if you’re not attached to it. A whole different idea.. bamboo propagate well in water if you wanted to skip all that
