This is my stepsons I think it gets watered 1 time a month I know that they can stand some neglect and they like the soil very dry

And we do use grow lights right now for 12 hours because we are in NE Ohio

S.RI would re-pot that in some well draining soil, you could use a cactus/succulent mix. Make sure the plant is closer to the top so that the edges of the pot are not obstructing the light. Give it lots of bright light and water infrequently 👍🏻

GenaI think that baby needs a smaller pot water really well one time and then let it almost dry out put it in front of a nice window or under a grow light. I used to have a hard time with snake plant because I would overwater them and then underwater them so I separated one plant into four and I treated them all four different ways. Two of them are thriving. One grew a whole new baby off of it and it’s probably grown 9 inches in a month and a half, and now that one has babies . I used barking that one. The only other one that’s doing good. I used Leica With and I think it loves Lake of the root system is doing really well. It hasn’t shot me out any new babies yet but it looks healthier and I think it will get babies soon. One of the other ones was in soil and that one hasn’t changed at all since I put it in.
