hey! so i used to have plants however i think i went wrong with my potting soil. i’ve recently acquired new plants and have been trying to figure out the best soil option. i’ve decided on orchid mix with perlite. is that a good mix for a more aerated soil?
I’ve been using this trio and I’m loving it so far and so are my plants.🤍
I’m sure you don’t have to have the exact same brands, but I really did enjoy this perlite that it was pretty dustless and a they are a little bit bigger than your average perlite.🪴🤍

Not sure if you’re aware but just make sure you wear a mask when pouring out perlite! The dust is not good to breathe in

It depends on the plant. Some species like more airy mixes, others like more moisture retention.
