I was gifted a plant for Mother’s Day and the person reported it for me but I am not sure if this type of pot is good. It does have a drainage whole but the tray it sits on is attached.. since getting this app I have been very diligent about making sure to let the water drain … any thoughts?
I have a few similar pots. I actually really love them. After each watering I check to see if there is any water pooling in the attached tray. As long as I pour out the excess water into the sink, my plants have stayed happy and healthy in these pots :)

I just drain mine once or twice a day depending on rain (if outside) and when I water!
