Should I go ahead and cut her old flower off now ? Or does she still need time ( this will be my first time pruning 😭🫶🏾)

    I would leave it until it falls off by itself. Flowering is an important part of plants’ hormonal cycle. Cutting it will not disrupt this cycle and they won't "know" the flower isn't there, so they'll try to pull nutrients from it, without realizing it's gone.
