Frustratingly, my home only has two light options: second story southwest windows with bright, sometimes direct light in the afternoon and northeast windows lightly filtered to through trees. Please, bless my black thumb with your wisdom. 🍋lemon mint (Monarda citriodora): In potting mix with perlite, facing part sun/part shade (sometimes full sun) on southwest windowsill. 🪻lavender hidcote blue (lavandula angustifolia): In potting/perlite/sand mix, facing part sun/part shade (sometimes full sun) on southwest windowsill. 🐍rattlesnake plant (calathea insignus): In tropical soil, facing indirect sun two feet in a desk from southwest window, will be drinking bottled water like the diva I’ve heard he is.
