Hi! I just purchased this rubber plant and I need to repot it..,should I cut off all the roots that are sticking out? Or still include them In the repot?

    I don’t have a rubber plant but I’d leave them and try to let a couple still get some air because that might be what they are for I’ll be honest tho I can’t tell what kind of roots those are from the pic but my eye are not the best so

    I just bought one too! I also thought I needed to repot mine and asked the nursery employee and they said not to repot it for a while. And the roots are ok! Mine is literally almost exactly like yours!
