Hi! I just purchased this rubber plant and I need to repot it..,should I cut off all the roots that are sticking out? Or still include them In the repot?

Blue MoonI don’t have a rubber plant but I’d leave them and try to let a couple still get some air because that might be what they are for I’ll be honest tho I can’t tell what kind of roots those are from the pic but my eye are not the best so

MoriahI just bought one too! I also thought I needed to repot mine and asked the nursery employee and they said not to repot it for a while. And the roots are ok! Mine is literally almost exactly like yours!

Ma GMy rubber plant has the same roots. The plant is thriving so I’m not about to re pot it.
