Why is my Venus fly trap drooping? I have it in a windowsill facing south and it gets direct sunlight all day. I have it in a tray of distilled water that’s up less than an inch and I only refill when it’s completely drained. The tray usually gives it enough humidity. It’s been floppy since I got it (and it WASNT in those plastic container things)
this question had me stumped so i googled it- most sources seem to say either its not receiving enough light or water. i would try letting the water level go up to at least an inch, and keep the pot sitting in water. if that alone doesnt work, then i would try to increase light as well. maybe try getting a cheap grow light and see how it does. hope this helped, and good luck!

it is a bog plant, you shouldn’t wait until it is completely drained, it should always be sitting in water

It might be underwatering or not getting enough food minerals is doing that too 🫤
