This was my sundew before it turned brown and I had to prune it. Roots are intact and I watered it right after this picture was taken. I don’t see any green so I was wondering is my plant dead or can I bring it back? Will it grow back? I’m so attached to my plants specially this one since it’s the one I’ve had the longest :( I really want my plant to be healthy. Any tips and recommendations will help. Thank you guys ❣️
Cape sundews can come back from their roots as long as you keep it wet and continue giving it light. So you do have another chance.

0 likes You should probably look up a guide on how to propagate one from their roots just to be sure to do it right. Humidity is going to be very important so try to put it in some sort of humid container.
0 likesI had a cute sundew that didn’t get watered correctly while I was on a trip. It turned completely brown. I refused to let it go. I kept taking care of it normally and now it’s coming back! Slowly but surely. Sending good vibes your way!
