can anyone tell me how my venus fly trap is doing? he started flowering about two weeks ago but his heads have looks progressively worse since then. Over the holidays, he was placed temporarily by a drafty window, could he be going into dormancy? is he just dying? any tips are appreciated! 🫶🏻
Hello, you can cut the flower stem and put it in suitable soil. Put it in a container with lid to increase the humidity. It is recommended to cut the flower before blooming since it consumes lots of plant's energy.
The image i posted is about 2monts after I planted the flower stem.I keep my venus in containers like plastic candy containers.
