Just that no soil? I'm trying not to kill this one, but we haven't had much success (it's my son's plant and he really enjoys them).

You can also buy carnivorous plant soil

abitofbritFor carnivorous plants, I do 50/50 sphagnum moss and perlite – no soil or anything else. I also only water them with distilled water.

Good to know! I need to get to the store tomorrow for supplies. My flytrap is sending out shoots after a few days under a grow light/outside. Hopefully that's a sign it's coming back this time.

DaniI just got a special soil and transplanted mine. I can try to remember to tell you if it dies or thrives 😂 I got the plant from Walmart and it wasn’t looking very happy in the teeny tiny cup with an ounce of dirt.
