is this normal? i’ve never pruned it so it is a build up but i just wanna make sure that there’s nothing wrong with my plant. it’s been growing new leaves and has a bunch of pitchers, is there anything i should be doing to make sure it’s ok during this season considering its putting out so many pitchers and probably expending so much energy doing so?
Did those leaves come from the bottom of the plant? It’s very big and looks generally healthy — this is probably not cause for concern

Agreed. The lower leaves and pitchers die back after a while to grow new ones. Looks great!

As long as it’s the bottom leaves it’s very normal. Neps drop leaves when they go through different phases of growth such as when they make the jump to vining. Also make sure they’re not sitting in water, and that all water you expose them to is less than 70 PPM. :D
