Hi interested to see everyone’s advice on dead traps on a VFT? Do you cut them off and how far back do you cut? Thanks!

    It’s really up to you, as it’s mostly an aesthetic thing (though occasionally dead leaves can be a site for pest/fungal growth). If you do, cut it back as far as you can without nicking or otherwise endangering the rhizome (primary point of growth).

    I cut them. And I cut as far down on the stem as I can.
