      To be honest this is my very first VFT and all I did was give it was give it a lot of direct full sun, misted it and gave it rain or snow water. Because you should not be watering it with tap water or using regular fertilizer, because that will kill them instantly and you should be using distilled, rain or reverse osmosis water to water them and give them bugs as that is their fertilizer and only way they get nutrients and will die eventually if they don’t get any bugs.
