I don't know what to do it has new growth but no pitchers. The oldest new growth and the oldest old growth are getting rinkley

    Sometimes it’s in the wrong soil. Those types of pitcher plants need spagnum moss soil so that their roots can breathe.

    Sometimes nepenthes go through a stage where the just make leaves, so if you cut off that top of the plant it will grow new mini plants thought it’s nodes under each leaf and grow much better
