Iām looking for a plant I can keep indoors, does anyone know any that donāt require sunlight? Just an FYI I do have a cat, so nothing that could harm her please!

Are you talking about very low light or none at all?

I live downstairs so I donāt get any light except for the shine from the windows

fueyThere is no such thing as a āno light required plantā. Only a plant that is efficient enough to not immediately die when it gets limited light (<2 hrs or so daily). These are your ZZ plants and snake plants. Iām not sure of their toxicity

DanishGrammaIām assuming you are looking for a carnivorous plant? If so then I would suggest a Pinguicula or Cape Sundew for your windowsill

c.catcarnivorous plants, esp venus fly traps and sarracenia need a lot of light! pings and sundews still need good light, but slightly less than the other two (4 hrs of direct light) in order to thrive :)

TheTreeFrogGet a grow light. A basic goose neck lamp and a 8$ grow light bulb sold at home depot and you can grow whatever plant you want! I've been doing that in my poorly lit home and my plants are doing great! It also won't burn the leaves if you leave the light on too long.

barrina also has some great LED bars that u can hang or fix to a shelf! they're relatively affordable on amazon :)

Wolfen šŗSuch a carnivorous plant doesn't exist. Youll need to get some kind of grow light, especially for carnivorous. I'd say the lowest light would be a nepenthes, but they still prefer high light in comparison to like a snake plant or zz plant that can tolerate lower light. And I mean tolerate, they prefer high light
